Cha Gao, or tea resin, is a very unique and rare style of tea processing that dates to the Qing Dynasty.

This special blend of Ripe Pu-erh Tea and Pricky Pear Cactus is carefully processed to include only the fleshy inner part of the cactus, which is sweet and minerally. The prickly pear blended with the earthy sweetness of the ripe pu-erh is fortifying and velvety smooth to drink!
 
These heart-shaped tea resin pieces are approximately 0.5 grams each and individually wrapped, making them perfect for making tea on the go! We recommend dissolving 1 piece in about 250-350ml of hot water.  They can also be dissolved in cold water as well, but might take more time.

Caffeine Warning: Due to the highly concentrated nature of Cha Gao, they also contain a high amount of caffeine. It is advised to keep a single serving to no more than 1 piece (0.5g) and to avoid entirely if you are sensitive to caffeine. Approximately 90mg caffeine per 1g.
